At Little Big Steps our Room Leaders are the glue that bond our nursery together. They are the link between management and practitioners, relaying back important information whilst also ensuring that their room is an oasis of fun within which children can thrive and learn.

Here at Little Big Steps  we’re looking for an experienced Room Leader who can work closely with our Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a room, motivating and inspiring a team of practitioners to deliver exceptional care and education. You’ll have the vision to create high-quality, stimulating learning environments in which children can develop new skills and embark on magical adventures!

Competitive salary - from £13.00 per hour
