Position: Nursery Finance Coordinator

Locations: Denton, Northampton & Hybrid

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

As a Nursery Finance Coordinator, you'll be the superhero our Nursery Managers rely on. You'll be at the heart of ensuring our services run smoothly, from managing fees and funding to solving queries with a smile. Your role is pivotal in delivering accurate billing and exceptional service, making sure parents and nurseries are always in sync.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

 

• Partner with 10-15 nurseries, becoming the go-to person for all things billing and funding.

• Work magic with our billing system, ensuring data accuracy and timely problem-solving.

• Be the bridge between nursery managers, parents, and the finance world, handling queries with finesse and speed.

• Play a key role in managing debt collection and ensuring our billing is always on point.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing top-tier service to our nurseries.

• Facilitate smooth integration of new acquisitions into our system, ensuring a seamless experience for incoming managers.

• Contribute to the growth and development of our team by sharing your knowledge and expertise.

 

What Success Looks Like:

 

• Parents receiving precise and clear fee notes.

• Accurate and timely grant claims, leaving no room for underfunding.

• Quick resolution of disputes and queries.

• Stellar communication, enhancing our reputation.

• Positive feedback from all your business partners.

 

What You'll Bring:

 

• A minimum of two years in a financial support role within a multi-site organization.

• In-depth knowledge of LA Early Years Funding and the early years education sector.

• Exceptional interpersonal and team management skills.

• Analytical prowess, coupled with superb time management and problem-solving abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• A proactive, deadline-driven approach, with top-notch timekeeping skills.

• Excellent communication abilities across all organizational levels.
